Business Model
Through our investment vehicle Bluestone Bluestone Partners Capital, a Florida Limited Liability Company (LLC), and in partnership with Rocha Brothers Group, we are engaged in the structuring, development, and sale of single-family residential units in southwest Florida. This business model includes, among other things: land acquisition, obtaining building permits and licenses, construction of residential units, and marketing of those units.
